Strengthened by an innate passion for agriculture, the owners Raniero and Agnese pay close attention to artisanal production techniques and respect for nature. From free-range farming to fresh eggs, from salads to seasonal vegetables to the typical products of the province of La Spezia, the Brugnato farm is a real certainty for those who want to bring high quality food to the table.
At the markets of the province and in the various points of sale of the Targa Agnese farm you will always find seasonal foods, vegetables and salads. Seasonal fruit

The Targa Agnese Agricultural Company cultivatesmainly lemons, cherries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, pears, kiwis, persimmons, peaches, pomegranates, strawberry trees, wild medlars, plums, chestnuts, wild blueberries, olive trees and apples. The latter are available in the varieties of quince and limoncella apple, an ancient fruit that is not very widespread in large-scale trade that lasts all year round and acquires sweetness with the passage of time.
With the exception of persimmons and chestnuts, all the fruit produced by the Targa Agnese farm is also used to prepare 100% natural jams.
The farm, in its 17 hectares of production, grows many varieties of fruit, all strictly seasonal.

Due to crop rotation, which guarantees the utmost respect for the territory and nature, only seasonal vegetables, fruit and vegetables are planted. It is therefore not possible to find the same variety of fruit all year round.

This production method represents a real advantage for health as the products, in addition to containing more vitamins and minerals than those produced in greenhouses, are richer in nutrients when grown in the most suitable time of year for their growth.

Natural jams

The large land owned by the Targa Agnese farm allows for the cultivation of high quality seasonal fruit and the preparation of genuine and richly flavored jams.
The jams, available in the markets and in the points of sale, are totally natural, and are produced with fresh fruit without any chemical component.
